Senior Solutions Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Consultant (Presales) located in a major German city to work on a remote + travel basis with deep expertise in Procurement Technology, with specific focus on SAP (ECC or S4/Hana), Ariba, and it’s related solution architecture and technical connectivity. If you've designed and built platforms in both Proof of Concept (PoC) and full implementation processes, worked with sales colleagues to help build demos and prototypes, and understand the key differences between sales and implementation, we want to hear from you. This role goes beyond traditional build and configuration.

You’ll work with sales counterparts to understand prospect requirements, build and playback requirements, support E2E sales lifecycles, and work with internal colleagues on our prototypes/proof of concept processes. ORO is a no-code platform, with extensive AI capabilities, and you will be required to learn and manage the platform to support new business and existing customers.

What You'll Do..

• Work with sales counterparts to understand prospect requirements
• Help build demos and prototypes to support Enterprise sales processes
• Learn and become hands on with the ORO platform and its capabilities, ensuring prospect interactions meet requirements each time
• Stay up to date with the continually evolving product, feature enhancements and how these can support existing and future clients
• Lead workshops, solution demos, and integration walk-throughs with client IT teams.
• Build and maintain process & integration workflows using no-code/low-code tools.
• Wworking knowledge of ORO/SAP architecture, and be able to talk confidently with customer and prospect IT Teams on this subject

Qualifications

• 10+ years of functional or technical | solution consulting experience in Procurement Tech, with a preference of SAP & Ariba.
• Fluent in German
• Experience working with enterprise clients across the DACH region and wider European continent
• Proven experience designing and implementing processes and integrations across SAP ECC or S4/Hana, Ariba, ERP, and SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of procurement master data, transaction processing, and workflow orchestration.
• Some experience with/exposure to middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, SAP CPI, Azure Integration Services, Informatica).
• Ability to translate functional requirements into scalable technical architecture design.
• Solid understanding of procurement fundamentals, business needs, drivers, and how to deliver successful outcomes for various stakeholder groups.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time and work from Germany remotely while not traveling to client sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with integration in Coupa, Ivalua, Fieldglass, Jaggaer, or other procurement cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code development tools and orchestration frameworks.
• Exposure to agile project delivery, SaaS product engineering, or startup environments.
• Experience with data governance, AI/ML integrations, or workflow automation platforms.
