Senior Solutions Engineer

Description

Our client is seeking two Senior Solutions Engineers to support a multi-year enterprise transformation focused on ERP modernization. These resources will play a critical role in evaluating, implementing, and supporting a future Oracle or SAP ERP environment while partnering with business users, implementation partners, and technical teams.

The ideal candidate has participated in large enterprise software implementations and understands the complexities of organizational change management, system configuration, regression testing, data flows, and enterprise integrations. This individual will work closely with stakeholders across supply chain, warehousing, forecasting, replenishment planning, and ERP functions.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting ERP selection and implementation activities.

Working with implementation partners and software vendors.

Leading system configuration and testing efforts.

Participating in enterprise integration design and execution.

Defining data flows, interfaces, and migration strategies.

Supporting cloud-based SaaS implementations.

Collaborating with technical and business teams throughout project lifecycles.

Contributing to organizational change management and user adoption activities.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, KS.

The pay range for this position is $63.00 - $67.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
