Senior Specialist, AML Compliance

Role Responsibilities

• Perform transactional history analysis, due diligence, and AML Compliance interviews to identify potential consumer fraud or questionable activity in an effort to protect customers and the company. 

• Ensure excellent customer service. 

• Deliver high quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets. 

• Learn continuously to enhance AML Compliance product and process knowledge. 

Role Requirements

• 2 years of experience in any of the following: Bank Secrecy Act, AML Compliance, general and/or risk based compliance.

• Fluency in English – outstanding verbal, written and listening skills. 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and independent decision making. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). 

• Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple systems at the same time. 

• Flexibility to work in various shifts, according to business needs. 

• Experience in customer service and/or AML Compliance would be an advantage.

• Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM (Manila time), according to business needs, with assigned schedules varying within this range.

HYBRID - Western Union values in-person collaboration, problem solving, and ideation whenever possible. We believe this fosters common ways of working and supports how we execute initiatives for our customers. The expectation is to work from the office a minimum of three days a week.
