Senior SQL Database Administrator

For our client, a global IT company, we are looking for a Senior SQL Database Administrator to support enterprise database environments.

• Work model: Remote
• Rate: up to €650/day
• Start: ASAP
• On-call: No

Your responsibilities

• Administration and maintenance of MSSQL databases
• Troubleshooting incidents and performance issues
• Managing incidents, problems, changes and service requests
• Database configuration, optimization and parameter changes
• Improving and automating database operations
• Technical cooperation with the client and internal teams

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of database administration experience
• Strong hands-on Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) expertise
• Experience with troubleshooting, performance tuning and database operations
• Good knowledge of enterprise IT environments
• Strong communication skills and English
• Nice to have: PostgreSQL, Linux, automation experience.
