Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager - Dubai Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager - Dubai Role We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our expanding global Partnerships team, supporting Sokin’s next stage of international growth. As a key hire in Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in growing Sokin’s footprint across the GCC markets by establishing strategic partnerships with enterprise-level clients for cross-border payments that drive sales and revenue for the business. Partnership Development · Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities that align with Sokin's strategic goals in the UAE and the broader GCC region · Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements that foster long-term value creation · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and execution of partnerships 2. Relationship Management · Warm handover of closed partnerships to the partner relationship manager, ensuring a smooth transition and clear context on the account · Support the relationship manager where needed during the early stages of the partnership 3. Market & Sector Focus · Leverage existing experience and networks to target enterprise-level organisations with FX and cross-border payment needs · Build a strong understanding of the GCC payments landscape, including key industries such as ecommerce, marketplaces, travel, and logistics Qualifications · Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within financial services, payments, remittance, or ecommerce · Proven track record of establishing and managing strategic partnerships with enterprise-level clients · Demonstrated success selling embedded API solutions into fintechs, financial institutions, payment providers, and other regulated industries, building strategic partnerships and managing complex enterprise sales opportunities from prospecting through to implementation. · Strong understanding of cross-border payments, FX, and the local regulatory environment · Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills · Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and make data-driven decisions · Experience in a high-growth FinTech or startup environment is preferred but not essential · Strong commercial mindset with a demonstrated ability to generate new business and drive revenue growth · Passion for payments, fintech innovation, and evolving digital ecosystems Sokin is an equal opportunities employer and committed to maintaining an inclusive work environment.
