Job Overview: As a Strategic Planner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' marketing strategies and ensuring their success in the ever-changing business landscape. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, analyzing industry trends, and developing data-driven marketing strategies that align with our clients' goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and account management, to develop integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable results including but not limited to branding strategy, marketing communication strategy, customer acquisition strategy, customer retention strategy and social interaction activities. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for success. Market Research and Analysis: Collaboration in conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and consumer insights. Utilize data and analytics to gain a deep understanding of market dynamics, opportunities, and challenges. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and unique selling propositions. Translate client requirements into actionable marketing strategies that drive value and achieve long-term goals. Campaign Development: Contribute to the development of creative and impactful marketing campaigns. Ensure campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and are tailored to specific market segments. Continuous Strategy Improvement: Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns. Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports to provide insights to clients and internal stakeholders in order to re-strategize the existing plan for the better result. Brand Positioning: Develop brand positioning strategies that differentiate our clients' products or services in the marketplace. Craft compelling brand stories that resonate with the target audience and elevate brand perception. Industry Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations. Share relevant insights and knowledge with the team to enhance our overall expertise and offerings. Skills & Experiences: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in strategic planning, marketing, or a similar role within the marketing industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market research. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Creative and critical thinking abilities to develop innovative solutions. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in using marketing tools, analytics platforms. Passion for marketing and a keen eye for industry trends and consumer behavior.
