Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering physical data center, AI, high-performance computing, GPU, or compute-cluster builds, including direct involvement in data hall deployment and customer acceptance.
- 10+ years of delivery experience, including 5+ years leading complex, multi-site programs.
- Experience owning programs valued at $25 million or more, including budget, forecast, revenue, cost, and margin accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading matrixed teams, Project Managers, OEMs, integrators, logistics providers, and field crews across multiple sites.
- Ability and willingness to travel [insert travel %], maintain regular on-site presence, and support Australia/APAC delivery hours when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- 1 to 3 years of sales or business development experience, especially statement-of-work development and estimation.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Working knowledge of receiving, logistics, supply chain, hardware installation, validation, and acceptance processes for large-scale infrastructure programs.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate delivery performance into budget, forecast, and margin outcomes.
- Strong understanding of contracts, change control, procurement, scope management, and negotiation.
- Experience with field capture, workflow, and reporting platforms such as Smartsheet or comparable systems.
- Ability to establish the delivery system as the authoritative source of program status and drive consistent adoption across office and field teams.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and maintain pace across geographically distributed teams and time zones.
- Executive-level written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and customer communication skills.

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.

Job Summary
Owns multi-site data center and AI infrastructure programs valued at $25 million or more per program, from order through customer acceptance. Leads 50 or more matrixed resources across WWT, OEM, integrator, logistics, field, and customer teams. Accountable for delivery, budget, forecast, margin, customer outcomes, and executive communication, with experience developing and estimating client statements of work.
Responsibilities
Program Delivery
- Owns program outcomes across receive, rack, cable, configure, validate, and customer acceptance, with defined exit criteria for each stage.
- Owns integrated milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and escalations across data halls, sites, and workstreams; drives resolution and mitigation to closure.
- Ensures ordered, received, installed, validated, and accepted quantities reconcile to the bill of materials and statement of work.
- Drives damage, dead-on-arrival, return merchandise authorization, logistics, supply, and staffing exceptions to closure.
- Holds OEM, integrator, logistics, and field partners accountable for delivery commitments, quality, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritizes work across sites, balances shared supply and staffing, and resolves cross-site dependencies.
Governance and Reporting
- Defines and operates program governance, including status reporting, stakeholder engagement, controls, and required artifacts.
- Owns executive reporting from live delivery data and communicates program health, decisions, financials, and required actions to executive stakeholders.
- Drives adoption of the designated delivery system by holding Project Managers, technical leads, and field crews accountable for timely and accurate recording. System data is the authoritative program status.
- Monitors customer satisfaction, delivery quality, and acceptance readiness.
Financial, Contract, and Procurement Ownership
- Owns program budget, forecast, revenue, cost, and margin, and takes corrective action to meet financial commitments.
- Owns procurement reporting and visibility, including lead times, quantities, constraints, and delivery commitments.
- Maintains alignment to the statement of work; connects bill-of-material changes and scope drift to formal change control and change orders.
- Owns the impact of contract modifications and leads negotiations on scope, cost, and schedule in partnership with commercial and legal stakeholders.
- Develops and estimates client statements of work and associated changes.
People Leadership
- Leads assigned Project Managers and coordinates a matrixed team of 50 or more resources across internal, partner, and customer organizations.
- Owns staffing and resource plans with leadership and technical leads, ensuring roles and capacity align to delivery needs.
- Owns onboarding and offboarding for program resources, including site and integrator crews.
- Coaches Project Managers and team members to strengthen delivery discipline, accountability, and customer communication.
