LADbible Group is one of the world’s most engaged digital entertainment businesses, reaching over a billion people and generating more than 13.9 billion social views every month. Our brands, including LADbible, UNILAD, GAMINGbible and UNILAD Tech, span lifestyle, entertainment, sport, gaming and tech, and are among the most culturally relevant on the internet.

LAD360, our 150-strong and growing commercial team, partners with the world’s most iconic brands, from Google and Nike to Disney and Tesco, to deliver culture-shaping campaigns. Our work has earned Media Company of the Year for Branded Content at the 2026 Campaign UK Awards and Commercial Team of the Year at the 2025 Campaign UK Awards. Above all, we’re driven to tell bold stories and connect brands to youth culture like no one else can.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Strategist to join us on a 3 Month FTC, to shape the thinking behind LAD360’s commercial work for our brand partners.

Great strategy at LADbible is about storytelling - finding the threads that connect what our clients need, what our audience wants, and what we can create – and turning them into pitches that win, and work that works.

You’ll work at pace across a high-volume of agency briefs, whilst also shaping bigger, longer-term partnerships with our key clients, grounded in powerful data and audience insight. Embedded in our commercial team, you’ll partner closely with commercial leads, creatives and our data, intelligence & planning teams to bring every idea to life.

What the opportunity looks like

  • Shaping pitch narratives and decks that win new business and grow our biggest partnerships.

  • Responding to a high volume of agency briefs at pace - think quick, sharp and light touch.

  • Working collaboratively with commercial leads on our key clients to shape bigger, smarter, more effective, longer-term partnerships.

  • Partnering with our Creatives to guide ideation and turn great ideas into clear, compelling client facing stories.

  • Partnering with the Data, Intelligence and Planning team to develop unique insights that lead to powerful strategies, and drive effectiveness throughout.

  • Find smarter ways of working, including utilising AI tools to speed up processes.

Skills and experience we'd like you to have

  • Proven experience in creative strategy ideally from a social publisher, media company, social agency or consultancy.

  • A track record of developing strategies and narratives that win pitches across a range of clients and categories.

  • Experience working at pace on high-volume briefs, as well as on bigger, longer-term client partnerships.

  • A natural storyteller who can turn a brief, a conversation or a set of insights into a clear, compelling pitch narrative.

  • Confident using data and audience insights to sharpen a strategy and make the story stronger.

  • A social-first thinker who understands all platforms and is confident in what strategies can lead to best in class social ideas

  • Structured, commercially minded thinking, with the ability to clearly link a client’s business goals to the idea you’re selling.

  • Excellent deck-building (Google Slides, Keynote) and presentation skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience using AI tools to speed up the pitch process

  • Experience working with research and media data

  • Experience mentoring / managing others
