Job Description
The Senior Strategy & Planning Analyst will be a key member of Enlyte's Market Strategy Team within Customer & Market Operations. The team identifies, prioritizes, and advances high-value growth opportunities through market insights, competitive intelligence, strategic planning, and go-to-market strategy.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, helping determine where Enlyte should focus and translating opportunities into actionable strategies and commercial outcomes. The Senior Strategy & Planning Analyst will independently structure complex business questions, analyze market and business information, develop recommendations, and partner across the organization to move strategic priorities forward.
Success requires going beyond what the data says to determine why it matters, what Enlyte should do, and how to move the opportunity forward. The ideal candidate is an intellectually curious, commercially minded problem solver who demonstrates strong judgment, ownership, and executive communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Market Analysis: Assess markets, customers, competitors, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities, emerging threats, and strategic priorities.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage internal and external data, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled tools to identify business drivers and translate analysis into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Opportunity Assessment & Business Cases: Develop market sizing, financial analyses, business cases, and strategic frameworks to evaluate opportunities based on customer value, financial impact, strategic fit, execution feasibility, and competitive differentiation.
- Go-to-Market & Commercialization: Develop and support go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, services, and growth initiatives, including target customers, value propositions, competitive positioning, monetization, operational readiness, and measures of success.
- Competitive & Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor strategies, market developments, customer needs, emerging technologies, and evolving business models and translate findings into implications and recommended actions for Enlyte.
- Strategic Initiatives: Help identify, prioritize, and advance high-value strategic initiatives, translating opportunities into clear recommendations, requirements, business cases, and execution plans.
- End-to-End Project Ownership: Independently drive strategic workstreams from problem definition through analysis, recommendation, stakeholder alignment, and actionable next steps. Proactively identify additional questions, risks, dependencies, and analyses required to move the work forward.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Partner across Product, Sales, Operations, Finance, Technology, Marketing, and business leadership to validate opportunities, build alignment, and translate strategic recommendations into execution.
- Executive Communication: Develop concise, executive-ready presentations that translate complex analyses into clear storylines, recommendations, and decisions. Confidently communicate findings, business rationale, and recommended next steps to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic planning, market strategy, commercial strategy, investment banking, business analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to independently structure and solve ambiguous business problems, challenge assumptions, ask the right questions, and determine what additional analysis or information is required.
- Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen, with experience in market assessment, business case development, competitive analysis, strategic planning, or go-to-market strategy.
- Strong judgment when working with incomplete information, including the ability to develop reasonable assumptions and move work toward a decision rather than waiting for perfect information.
- Strong sense of ownership and a builder mindset, with demonstrated ability to develop new strategies, capabilities, processes, or approaches and drive work from initial question through final recommendation.
- Ability to manage multiple strategic workstreams simultaneously, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and maintain momentum with limited day-to-day direction.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Hex, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytics platforms is a plus.
- Ability to effectively leverage AI and modern analytical tools to accelerate research, analysis, synthesis, and strategic decision-making.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills, including the ability to simplify complex information and clearly articulate recommendations to senior audiences.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, influence without direct authority, constructively challenge assumptions, and build stakeholder alignment.

- Property & Casualty insurance, including Workers' Compensation and Auto
- Healthcare services, medical cost containment, managed care, or claims services
- Enterprise technology or tech-enabled services
- B2B product or service commercialization
- Management consulting or corporate strategy
- Market and competitive intelligence
