We are a 6 year running Top Workplace in the Greater St. Louis area. Job Summary Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a full time Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager. This position is based out of our Bridgeton, MO facility and will have the option to work and in person or remote schedule. The Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager is responsible for facilitating DRS Land Systems business by developing, implementing, and overseeing internal controls to ensure supply chain compliance with U.S. Government regulations and Company policy, with particular emphasis on the DFARS 252.242-7005 Purchasing System and Materials Management and Accounting System (MMAS), as well as broader supplier-facing compliance requirements (subcontract flow-down, supplier quality, trade compliance, and sourcing integrity). Serves as a functional lead driving consistent compliance practices across procurement, sourcing, and supplier management functions. Job Responsibilities Lead the review, maintenance, and monitoring of supply chain-related business systems, including the Purchasing System and MMAS, providing principal review to ensure adherence to company policy and identify risks and areas of concern under limited direction of VP of Supply Chain and in coordination with the Director of Compliance Provide advice and guidance to senior leaders and procurement/sourcing teams on the complex application of U.S. Government regulations (FAR/DFARS) as they relate to subcontracting, purchasing, and supplier management Review, recommend, draft, and coordinate implementation of supply chain compliance policies, processes, procedures, and tools, including subcontract flow-down clause management, supplier certification requirements, and sourcing approval controls Support the development and validation of material basis of estimate (BOE) inputs for customer proposals, ensuring material cost/pricing data is accurate, well-documented, and consistent with Estimating System requirements and applicable FAR/DFARS cost or pricing regulations (e.g., TINA/Certified Cost or Pricing Data) Drive cross-functional compliance programs spanning Procurement and Supply Chain Management to support business objectives Serve as the primary compliance interface with internal stakeholders and external customers/agencies on supply chain compliance matters, including responding to audit inquiries and customer assessments Manage the development, review, and coordination of annual refresher and new-hire training modules related to supply chain and purchasing system compliance Generate reports and metrics by assembling and consolidating purchasing compliance data from multiple sources to support leadership decision-making Maintain supply chain compliance files, records, and audit trails in accordance with U.S. Government regulations and Company policy Lead internal and external audits of the Purchasing System and related supply chain processes; oversee root-cause analysis and corrective action plans (CAPs) to closure Support ongoing compliance monitoring activities, including self-assessments, supplier audits, and CPSR (Contractor Purchasing System Review) readiness Monitor changes in FAR/DFARS and other applicable regulations affecting supply chain operations and translate them into actionable policy updates Participate in business and corporate projects focused on supply chain and procurement compliance Effectively interpret compliance data and present findings to staff and leadership, responding to questions as needed Mentor and provide guidance to junior compliance and procurement staff on regulatory requirements Look for creative ways to improve purchasing ability to make contributions to the company’s goals Improve understanding of purchasing relationship to the over-all company plans and strategy Support, communicate and defend the mission, values and culture of the company Special projects and duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field 8+ years of business experience in supply chain, procurement, or compliance roles within DoD contractor environments Demonstrated understanding of FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements, subcontract flow-down, and CPSR expectations Experience supporting material cost/pricing estimates for proposals and familiarity with Estimating System compliance Experience managing or supporting cross-functional compliance programs Attention to detail and strong follow-through on assigned tasks Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to travel as necessary to support the functions of the job Prior experience leading or supporting a Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR), preferred Familiarity with export/trade compliance requirements (ITAR/EAR) as they intersect with supplier sourcing, preferred Experience preparing or reviewing material basis of estimate packages for competitive or sole-source proposals, preferred Professional certifications such as CPSM, CFCM, or additional NCMA-accredited credentials, preferred The salary range for this position is $ 116,811.00 /year - $157,695.00/year for the states of Illinois and Minnesota, $128,492.00/year - $173,464.00/year for the state of Washington, and $134,332.00/year - $181,394.00/year for the state of California. This range reflects the good faith estimate of pay the employer is willing to offer at the time of posting. Several factors can influence the pay scale, including but not limited to: Federal contract labor categories and contract wage rates, collective bargaining agreements, geographic location, business considerations, scope, and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity. Other factors include the candidate’s qualifications such as prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education/training, and certifications.
