Kinly is a leading integrator of audio-visual and unified communications solutions, and the largest in Europe, serving as a globally trusted technology advisor to leading organisations. For more than 25 years, we have been designing, developing, integrating and supporting complex audiovisual solutions and businesses rely on us to deliver consistently secure and flexible meeting experiences.

Kinly is developing a new Group-wide sustainability strategy that builds on the strong sustainability foundations and achievements established across the business to date. As we bring together our global operations, we are creating a unified approach to sustainability that supports our business objectives, strengthens ESG performance, and responds to growing customer and stakeholder expectations.

A key focus of the strategy is accelerating our decarbonisation journey through robust emissions management, science-based target implementation, and enhanced disclosure of our environmental performance, so we are looking for an experienced, proactive and driven Senior Sustainability Manager to become a key member of Kinly's sustainability function.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the VP Global Sustainability, this role will be vital in shaping and delivering Kinly's climate and circularity agenda while contributing to the broader development and implementation of the Group's sustainability strategy; so this will combine technical expertise with the ability to engage stakeholders across the business, translating sustainability ambitions into practical actions that deliver measurable environmental impact and support long-term business success.

  • Drive the development and implementation of Kinly's global decarbonisation programme, including coordination of emissions reduction initiatives and alignment with science-based targets.

  • Manage the annual collection, validation and analysis of Scope 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse gas emissions data across the organisation. Support external assurance and verification activities.

  • Contribute to climate-related assessments, including climate scenario analysis and the financial assessment of climate risks and opportunities.

  • Manage the revalidation of Kinly’s emissions reduction targets through the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), reflecting the expanded Group boundary following recent merger activities.

  • Drive resource efficiency and circular economy initiatives across client projects, working closely with operational and commercial teams.

  • Contribute to environmental and climate-related data collection and standard setting within the supply chain, in close collaboration with procurement.

  • Support external disclosures such as CDP, EcoVadis and sustainability reporting.

  • Monitor emerging sustainability regulations, reporting requirements and industry best practices relevant to climate and circularity.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in environmental management, carbon accounting, corporate sustainability or a related field.

  • Proven experience supporting science-based target implementation or corporate decarbonisation programmes.

  • Strong understanding of greenhouse gas accounting principles, including Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions and the GHG Protocol.

  • Strong knowledge of climate target-setting and disclosure frameworks, particularly SBTi and CDP, with familiarity with TCFD-aligned climate reporting.

  • Understanding of circular economy principles, product lifecycle impacts and resource efficiency initiatives.

  • Analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience using carbon accounting platforms.

  • Experience engaging with cross-functional stakeholders to drive sustainability outcomes.

  • Ability to communicate complex sustainability topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
