The opportunity

Apply hands-on military health IT engineering to the systems that support deployed care. Help connect enterprise infrastructure, theater applications, and testing so medical teams can rely on their technology.

Xtreme Solutions is pursuing an Air Force Medical Expeditionary Systems (MEDXS) contract and seeking qualified candidates for this key personnel position.

What you will do

· Engineer and sustain military health IT systems and enterprise network nodes.

· Support OCONUS theater mobilization and implement, configure, and sustain TMIP-J applications.

· Work with DAF standard server and workstation baseline images.

· Support medical waivers workflow systems and enterprise medical analytics dashboards.

· Support integrated IM/IT testing in physical and virtual environments.

Requirements

Required qualifications

· Hands-on experience covering military health IT, enterprise network nodes, OCONUS theater mobilization, TMIP-J, DAF baseline images, medical waivers, analytics dashboards, and integrated testing.

· Active Secret security clearance on Day 1, with clearance verification for proposal readiness.

· Valid U.S. passport with at least 18 months remaining on Day 1; required passport copy for proposal readiness.

· Proven personnel deployment management, SPOT experience, and management of host-nation theater clearance or DOCPER requirements across multiple OCONUS AORs.

· Day 1 availability and willingness to sign a Letter of Commitment covering availability and no substitution during the first 180 days except for sudden illness, death, or termination of employment.

· Ability to meet the stated location and travel requirements. Applicable DoDM 8140.03 foundational qualifications for the assigned DCWF work role and level must be met before independently performing covered duties.

Preferred experience

10 or more years of relevant experience.
