If you’re motivated by hard problems, high impact, and the chance to leave a legacy, we’d love to talk. The Role We’re looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our Engineering team. You’ll work alongside the CTO and other engineers to build the infrastructure that allows for rapid experimentation and deployment. This is a ground-floor opportunity where your work will directly shape the platform, culture, and impact of Soris. Believe in building systems that are secure, transparent, and human-friendly. What You’ll Do Design and build our staging and production platforms that power our products. Build scalable and cost-efficient data pipelines for speed and reliability. Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for full observability. Automate infrastructure with Terraform and CI/CD workflows. Work with backend and product teams to align infrastructure with business needs. Maintain uptime, security, and performance across all environments. Requirements 5+ years of experience in systems, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering. Strong background with AWS (ECS, EKS or Fargate, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch). Skilled with Terraform or similar IaC tools. Proficient in scripting languages (Bash) Experience with CI/CD, container orchestration, and monitoring systems. Focus on scalability, cost efficiency, and system reliability. Nice-To-Haves Experience with data pipelines or streaming tools like Airflow or Kafka. Knowledge of SOC2, HIPAA, or other compliance frameworks. Familiarity with AI or ML infrastructure.
