As a Senior Systems Engineer , you'll be the cornerstone of this mission, ensuring the security of crucial data, optimizing IT infrastructure, and simplifying business processes through cutting-edge software systems. Responsibilities & Duties : Develops solutions to a variety of complex engineering problems Perform complex systems design, development, and integration from the start of a systems life cycle to the end Oversees complex infrastructure including installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools Performs complex systems modeling, simulation, and analysis Contributes to completion of specific engineering programs and projects Maintains current knowledge of rapidly changing technology May serve as a team or task lead May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals Prepares and maintains documentation for processes and procedures related to engineering projects Qualifications : Education/Experience : BA/BS or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience 8+ years of related systems engineering experience TS/SCI clearance and eligibility to obtain a CI poly Required Skills : Linux system administrator Kubernetes Helm charts Automation Ansible Scripting / Coding (Bash, Python, etc.) Desired Skills : A deep expertise in one of the following areas and working knowledge of one or more of the other following: Virtualization technologies (VMware, virtual networking, vROPS, XenServer/XCP-ng) Infrastructure as Code (IaC) GitLab Ceph storage platform Red Hat Enterprise Linux, YUM, Satellite, Capsule technologies Operational support Join Intellectix and be part of a dynamic team that thrives on tempo, teamwork, and technical excellence.
