- Craft Tailored Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement role-specific strategies to effectively source, assess, and secure top talent, utilizing both traditional and innovative sourcing methods.
- Enhance Candidate Experience: Build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring an outstanding experience that influences positive talent decisions and promotes our employer brand.
- Consult Hiring Managers: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding them through the interview process and decision-making, ensuring alignment with our culture and values.
- Innovate with Data and Technology: Continuously seek to implement innovative solutions by leveraging data, technology, and AI to streamline recruiting processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with various co-determination bodies i.e. works councils and other stakeholders: Proactively build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating critical approval processes and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Contribute to EMEA TA Team Initiatives: Take an active role in various projects linked to Talent Acquisition, such as TA systems optimization, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) initiatives, Employer Branding, and hiring manager training programs
Who You Are:
- Experience with Talent Acquisition processes, technologies and data
- Experience assessing skills and attributes of candidates in the hiring process
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Sharp interviewing skills, allowing you to assess both technical and cultural fit effectively or have the learning agility to master this essential capability
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders in decision-making using your consultation and coaching skills
- Proven skills negotiating and delivering solution-oriented outcomes
- Solid track record of handling information with accuracy and confidentiality, operating with a sense of urgency and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Strong organizational management skills which enable you to effectively self-manage a workload of requisitions at various stages simultaneously
- Sound experience collaborating with colleagues to foster a positive team spirit and can work independently
- Show genuine curiosity about the healthcare, life science and electronics industries and recognize the value that hiring high-quality talent can bring
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); professional proficiency in German strongly preferred. Additional European language skills are a plus
