This is a broad, high-ownership people role for someone who is genuinely great at hiring and mature enough to be trusted as an HR partner to a fast-growing delivery team.

Based at our Nagpur center, you'll drive the talent engine for one of mindZvue's core delivery locations — hiring Salesforce engineers, analysts, and AI talent in a fiercely competitive market — while partnering closely with practice leaders on employee experience, engagement, and HR operations.

You won't be one voice in a large HR machine. You'll have real scope, real visibility, and direct access to leadership — with the room to shape how we hire and how it feels to work here.



Requirements

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for Nagpur and support pan-India hiring across Salesforce (Developers, BAs, Architects, Delivery), Full Stack/AI engineering, and corporate functions.

  • Run the full funnel: intake calls with hiring managers, sourcing strategy, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure.

  • Build proactive talent pipelines and a Nagpur employer brand through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, communities, campus partnerships, and local tech meetups.

  • Drive niche and hard-to-fill hiring — Agentforce/AI skills, Revenue Cloud, and senior Salesforce talent — with creative sourcing, not just job-board posting.

  • Manage the ATS (Zoho Recruit) with discipline: clean data, accurate stages, and reliable reporting.

  • Own and report recruitment metrics — time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and pipeline health.

  • Use AI tools to accelerate sourcing, JD creation, screening, and candidate communication.

HR Business Partnering

  • Be the first point of contact for the Nagpur team on people matters — policy, benefits, grievances, and career questions.

  • Own the employee lifecycle: onboarding and induction, confirmation cycles, transfers, exits, full-and-final coordination, and exit interviews.

  • Support performance management cycles — goal setting, appraisal coordination, and feedback facilitation with practice leaders.

  • Drive employee engagement and culture — town halls, celebrations, R&R programs, wellness initiatives, and our annual company retreat.

  • Maintain HRIS accuracy, employee records, and statutory HR compliance (PF/ESI, POSH, labour registers) in partnership with Finance and external advisors.

  • Champion adoption of our internal HR platform and knowledge base so policies are clear, current, and self-serve.

Workplace & Employee Experience

  • Support day-to-day workplace operations at the Nagpur office — facilities, vendors, seating, assets, and visitor experience.

  • Coordinate with IT and Finance on asset allocation, office spend, and vendor management.

  • Help ensure the Nagpur workplace is safe, welcoming, compliant, and genuinely a great place to show up to.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Expertise

  • 6+ years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a blended HR / HRBP or generalist role.

  • Proven success hiring IT / technology talent — Salesforce ecosystem hiring experience is a strong advantage.

  • Experience in an IT services, consulting, or product company; exposure to a multi-location setup preferred.

  • Prior experience supporting a location or business unit end-to-end across hiring and HR is highly valued.

Skills & Tools

  • Strong sourcing toolkit — LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search, referrals, and community networks.

  • Hands-on with an ATS and HRIS (Zoho Recruit / Zoho People or equivalent).

  • Working knowledge of Indian HR compliance — PF, ESI, POSH, and labour law basics.

  • Comfortable with AI-assisted recruiting and HR workflows; keen to build smarter, faster processes.

  • Solid Excel/Sheets reporting and the ability to tell a story with people data.

Mindset & Soft Skills

  • High ownership — you treat the team and the workplace like your own.

  • Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and preferably Marathi; warm, credible, and trusted by both candidates and employees.

  • Discretion and integrity — you handle sensitive information the right way, every time.

  • Practical, calm, and resourceful — comfortable moving between a candidate closing call and an employee conversation in the same hour.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
