Information about the position As a Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Specialist, you’ll be primarily responsible for maintaining the processes and technology that underpin TA activity at Vinted. You’ll identify and implement efficiency and automation opportunities in TA, using data-driven insights, and take these step improvements from ideation through to end-user adoption. You’ll also improve a Knowledge Management Database for all things Talent Acquisition at Vinted, and take a proactive role in team enablement of TA processes and tools. You’ll report to the TA Operations Lead and co-create closely with TA Leads plus wider People Technology, Analytics and Operations teams to achieve more complex process improvements. In this position, you’ll Lead recruiting process improvement projects in collaboration with the TA Team Leads and functional stakeholders, from need identification to delivery and team enablement. Act on process improvements and maintenance of the TA technology stack and be hands-on with systems configurations, being fully mindful of the impacts of any changes you make. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive recruiting tasks in areas such as candidate and hiring manager communication, interviewer selection or job posting tasks. Build and maintain project documentation and process maps. Maintain a Knowledge Base for the TA Team and key stakeholders, i.e., recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers. Provide end-user support to Vinted’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS, other integrated recruiting technologies and TA Processes via a Jira ticketing system to Vinted’s employee population. Effectively partner and influence People / HR-wide projects where TA is actively impacted and/ or involved. Ensure all TA processes and systems comply with relevant regulations to mitigate risks. About you Prior hands-on experience in a Talent Acquisition role. Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and hiring manager collaboration. Experience with coordinating medium-scale projects within a Talent Acquisition or HR environment. Proven experience (with examples of) elevating processes, from ideation to implementation. Experience working with Application Tracking Systems (ATS) and other TA systems and tools. A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with stakeholders. Comfortable with using data (Excel/Google Sheets) to support informed decision-making. Experienced in updating and maintaining project plans and knowledge bases/ user documentation. Able to prioritise and manage time effectively, and work on multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English.
