Overview

At Qnity, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a trusted advisor to assigned Business Unit and Functions, driving talent strategies that enable business growth. This role is accountable for end-to-end recruitment delivery, talent pipelining, employer branding, and early career talent initiatives. The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent while strengthening Qnity’s employer brand and talent market presence. The role will report to TA Leader, CN/TW/HK


Working location: Hsinchu or Taoyuan, Taiwan


What You'll Do

Strategic Talent Acquisition Partnership

  • Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for assigned Business Unit and Functions, developing a deep understanding of business objectives, talent needs, and workforce challenges.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to build proactive hiring strategies aligned with short and long-term organizational goals.
  • Provide market intelligence, talent insights, competitor analysis, and compensation trends to influence talent decisions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, challenging thinking and driving best-in-class recruitment practices.

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned business groups, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage active and passive talent across diverse functional areas.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Manage recruitment processes efficiently while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and service excellence.

Talent Pipelining & Market Mapping

  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Conduct proactive market mapping and talent landscape analysis to anticipate future hiring needs.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including professional networks, social media platforms, referrals, industry events, and talent communities.
  • Develop long-term talent engagement strategies to ensure sustainable talent availability for key business functions.

Project Management & Data Analytics

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to strengthen Qnity presence across campus and talent communities.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Qnity culture and employee value proposition.
  • Lead other TA projects assigned globally or locally.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor hiring performance, funnel effectiveness, and market trends to continuously improve talent acquisition outcomes.

Who We're Looking For

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • More than 10 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably supporting multiple business functions in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Experience leading employer branding, recruitment marketing, campus recruiting, or early career programs.
  • Proven track record of building talent pipelines and proactively hiring for niche and critical skill sets.
  • Experience using talent market insights and workforce data to influence hiring decisions.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong business acumen and ability to align talent strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Expertise in strategic sourcing, talent mapping, pipelining, and candidate engagement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and consulting capabilities.
  • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Experience leveraging diverse sourcing channels and managing external recruitment partners.
  • Good communication in English.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and applicant tracking systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Semiconductor, technology, engineering, or advanced manufacturing industry recruiting experience.
  • Experience supporting regional or global hiring initiatives.
