How You’ll Make An Impact
- Actively partner with the Eastern European Business Unit leadership, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to understand strategic objectives and job requirements.
- Drive the recruitment process using the Avature Applicant Tracking System, ensuring high-quality talent and hiring manager engagement through screening, interviewing, and offer processing.
- Establish expertise in your specialty area, gaining knowledge of the energy business, industry, markets, and associations.
- Utilize creative techniques to proactively identify and attract passive talent through low-cost/no-cost sources like LinkedIn, employee referrals, and job postings.
- Develop relationships with local technical schools and military transition organizations to promote inclusion and ensure diverse candidate pools for all positions.

Rewards/Benefits
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage; however, equivalent professional experience, relevant vocational qualifications, or demonstrated skills are equally valued.
- Experience in recruitment, particularly in high-volume hourly, manufacturing, and/or skilled-labour environments, is preferred.
- Experience in candidate sourcing, networking, and engaging with potential candidates through social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and establish networks within local communities, educational institutions, and professional organisations.
- Comfortable working with digital tools, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office applications, with a strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality when handling HR-related information.
- A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach, with the ability to take initiative, manage priorities, and work effectively with different stakeholders.
- Business-fluent English and Hungarian. Knowledge of additional European languages is considered an advantage.
