About Paragon Brand Services
Paragon Brand Services helps brands bring their identity to life across physical and digital touchpoints, from creative production and brand implementation to project delivery and service.
We operate internationally, with teams spanning sales, account management, project management, engineering, operations and support functions. We are building an in-house Talent Acquisition function to hire the people who will drive our next stage of growth.
The role
This is a newly created, permanent full-time role based in London, reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition. As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own end-to-end recruitment for Paragon Brand Services in the UK and play a key part in bringing hiring in-house. You will be the go-to recruitment expert for UK hiring managers, cut our reliance on external agencies and raise the quality of every hire.
The role is UK-led but international: you will also support hiring worldwide when needed (e.g. US, UAE, India) and work with French-speaking colleagues and candidates, which is why fluent French is essential. You will deliver around 30 hires a year, focused on key roles – sales, account management, project management, support functions and production management. Beyond hiring, you will develop local onboarding and our UK employer brand, build and roll out a UK campus strategy, and bring advanced AI practices into how we recruit.
Key responsibilities
Recruitment and hiring managers
- Deliver around 30 hires a year from approval to start date, in the UK and worldwide when needed (e.g. US, UAE, India).
- Run intake meetings, source directly (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals), assess candidates and manage offers.
- Advise hiring managers on market, salaries and timelines.
- Act as guardian of our recruitment processes with hiring managers: approval workflow, internal mobility rules, service levels and handover to HR.
Talent pools and market intelligence
- Build and nurture talent pools for key roles, keeping in touch with strong candidates before roles open.
- Monitor competitors' org charts and people moves to spot target talent and market trends.
Recruitment agency management
- Manage our recruitment agencies: briefing, role allocation, terms, fees and invoice checks.
- Track agency performance and spend, and stop any unauthorised agency use.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition
- Produce weekly and monthly reports: open roles, pipeline, hires, time to fill, sources and agency spend.
- Keep recruitment data accurate and flag risks early with clear recommendations.
Campus, onboarding and employer brand
- Design and deploy a UK campus strategy: university partnerships, graduate, placement and internship programmes.
- Develop local onboarding for UK new starters and build our UK employer brand.
Tools and AI
- Use advanced AI tools across sourcing, screening, job adverts and reporting, and share good practice with the TA team.
- We do not have an ATS yet: help select and roll out our first one, planned for Q1 2027.
Skills and experience
Essential
- Fluent English and French, spoken and written.
- 7+ years' recruitment experience, in-house or RPO, including international hiring.
- Strong track record on commercial and project roles, with excellent direct sourcing skills.
- Proven agency management and clear, reliable reporting.
- Advanced, hands-on use of AI in recruitment.
- Experience in campus recruitment, onboarding or employer brand.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable
- Experience in brand services, retail design, visual merchandising, marketing services, print or creative production.
- Experience setting up or moving to an in-house recruitment model.
- Experience with Power BI or similar dashboard tools.
- Additional European languages (e.g. Dutch, Polish or a Nordic language).
- An existing network with UK universities and careers services.
What we offer
- A key role in building Paragon's in-house Talent Acquisition function from the ground up.
- Real influence on processes, tools and hiring decisions, with direct access to senior leaders.
- A worldwide scope, working with colleagues and candidates in the UK, Europe, the US, the Middle East and India.
- A salary of £65,000 – £70,000 (package)
- 26 days' holiday.
- Auto-enrolment pension scheme.
- Electric car leasing and Cycle to Work schemes.
- Option to join a medical cash plan, covering certain medical expenses up to set limits.
- Hybrid working, split between home and our London office
Paragon is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and will make reasonable adjustments throughout the process on request.
