As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at juucy, you will join a global team of accomplished recruiters working remotely. Your responsibilities will include managing requisitions (currently with a strong focus on tech) for post-funding scale-up companies, SMEs and larger corporates. Your role involves: Delivering global recruitment services through adaptable sourcing and headhunting. Managing our existing client portfolio, which includes startups, SMEs and corporates in EU Elevating talent acquisition delivery through effective sourcing strategies Qualifications: A minimum of 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in Tech or Business-related roles (in-house or external). Advanced sourcing capabilities, particularly in boolean search techniques. Background in international talent-hiring delivery and client management. In-depth knowledge of the European Talent Market. A registered freelance business or similar corporate entity that allows you to receive income from commercial activity Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and/ or other sourcing methods Native or professional-level English proficiency.
