As our Senior Talent Partner, your job will be to uphold that exceptional standard and refine the infrastructure that enables us to hire great people. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our Engineering and Operations divisions. You will also have the opportunity to assist with other roles as necessary, including those based in the United States and Europe. As a partner to our business, you will uphold high recruiting standards and continuously work to enhance our hiring practices. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end hiring strategy for the Engineering and Operations functions Build the playbooks: design and refine the search, interview, and calibration processes Strengthen our talent brand - represent Rho in different events and shape how we position ourselves competitively. Go where you're needed. Everyone at Rho goes beyond their job description — this role is no exception. Treat recruiting like half art, half science: Find creative ways to position Rho before the strongest operators in the business; A/B test messaging; take a human-first approach. Obsess over our metrics and beating them, all the time. What You Bring 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a technical emphasis, including experience recruiting for senior or leadership-level roles. A passion for experimentation and craft: you multiply your leverage with AI, try new tools, and refuse to stop until you get it right. Experience operating in high-accountability environments (startups, fintech, financial services, or similarly rigorous orgs). High ownership and accountability—you take responsibility for getting the job done. Strong knowledge of the talent market—where to find excellent builders, and how to speak their language. Operational excellence—you know how to run a disciplined search and coach hiring managers along the way. Clear, persuasive communication and storytelling skills. A bias toward action and a sense of ownership. Experience tracking metrics and utilizing data to make decisions, including time to close and headcount goals A track record of hitting or exceeding performance goals consistently by engaging and closing hires that move on to be successful in their roles Diversity is a core value at Rho.
