The Role: Why This Job Exists As a Talent Partner based in Spain , you’ll play a key role in scaling high-performing Finance, People, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for fast-growing tech companies. Embedded directly within client teams, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for revenue-critical roles, helping organisations grow quickly and sustainably. You’ll be supported by a squad of delivery specialists and talent experts, all working together to solve hiring challenges and accelerate business growth. What You’ll Do Lead the end-to-end hiring process across Business and Go-To-Market functions including People, Finance, Sales (SDRs, AEs), Marketing, and Customer Success roles Build and maintain pipelines of top G&A and GTM talent using sourcing tools and strategies Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements, interview processes, and hiring decisions Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and thoughtful feedback Use recruitment data to monitor progress, report on hiring outcomes, and suggest improvements Adapt to changing priorities and pace in high-growth, client-driven environments What You’ll Bring Proven experience recruiting for G&A, Sales / GTM roles — ideally within SaaS or tech scale-ups Competence using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter Strong organizational skills — able to manage multiple roles across different clients Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities A proactive, adaptable mindset and comfort with ambiguity Spain based Why Join Us Work with some of the most ambitious companies in tech Join a supportive, remote-first team that values both EQ and IQ Flex your recruiting skills while making a measurable impact on client growth Be part of a company that’s redefining what a talent consultancy can be Ready to help build the teams behind tomorrow’s top tech brands?
