ASRC Federal is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join our internal accounting team.
Work Arrangement: Remote
Key Role:
· Meticulous preparation and filing of compliance-related taxes for subsidiary companies of ASRC Federal Holding Company, LLC (AFHC)
· Monthly, quarterly, and annual filings of Gross Receipts, Excise, Sales & Use, and Personal Property Taxes for all 50 states.
· Filing annual state and local Business Licenses.
· Issuance of State Resale Exemption Certificates.
· Issuance of Federal form W9s.
· Quarterly reporting to Arctic Slope Regional Corporation.
· Unclaimed Property State Filing.
· Research various state and local matters.
Basic Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree (in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration) or equivalent
· 5-7 years of related tax accounting experience.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlook-ups, pivot tables, etc.).
