Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage U.S. international components of the quarterly and annual worldwide income tax provision process.
- Prepare and review international tax calculations including Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, foreign tax credits, and FIN 48 reserve.

Review foreign tax packages and support information required for financial statement audit, income tax audits and other jurisdiction specific tax examinations.

Support the preparation of US international tax return workpapers and compliance filings, including Forms 1118, 5471, 8858 and 926.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support tax-efficient structuring for business operation, expansion activities, and strategic initiatives, optimizing tax outcomes while supporting business objectives.
- Collaborate with regional tax managers to ensure timely and accurate completion of tax filings and regulatory submissions.
- Drive process improvements to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of international tax compliance and reporting.
- Assist in management of international tax projects including coordination with external advisors.
- Support tax planning initiatives and cross-functional assignments as needed.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, taxation or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of inter nation tax experience, preferably within a multinational corporation and/or a public accounting firm
- CPA certification preferred

Hands-on experience with tax technology and compliance software, including CorpTax, preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyze complex data effectively.
- Responds to inquiries quickly with professionalism and tact
Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of US international tax rules and experience with financial and accounting systems
- Deep understanding of ASC740 and US GAAP concepts in a global organization
- Ability to read and interpret information accurately and concisely
- Maintains high level of confidentiality
- Ability to organize, manage, prioritize, and handle numerous projects/tasks and collaborate with internal and external customers
- Works well as an individual and as part of a team, willing and eager to help others and share knowledge and skills
- Willing to be flexible and committed to strict reporting and tax deadlines
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in Mandarin is a plus
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
