This is more than a traditional tax management position. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to become a key business leader within the organization , develop and maintain significant client relationships, mentor tax professionals, and work closely with firm leadership on strategic growth. The firm places a strong emphasis on leadership, relationship building, communication, community involvement, and business development , in addition to technical tax expertise.
