What Will You Be Doing?
- Analyse & Design- Conduct in-depth reviews of business and IT processes, gather client requirements, and produce functional and technical design documents from definition through implementation.
- Problem Solve at the Root - Identify underlying causes of business challenges and apply influencing, negotiation, and change management techniques to deliver best-practice solutions.
- Partner with Leadership- Work directly with Business Leadership to surface strategic needs, define high-level requirements, evaluate technology solutions, and articulate business benefits.
- Keep Projects on Track - Proactively flag risks and issues to project managers, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Optimize Oracle Systems -Provide expert guidance on Oracle best practices, manage upgrades, patches, and enhancements, and troubleshoot system defects.
- Build AI-Powered Extensions -Develop cutting-edge, AI-enabled solutions using Oracle VBCS, Redwood UI, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, OTBI, and OCI services.
- Report & Communicate - Prepare and present clear, actionable reports on system performance and project status to stakeholders at all levels.
We Are Looking for Someone With
- 5–6 years as a Technical Business Analyst in Oracle, with a strong track record of independently leading requirements and process workshops
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into Functional and Technical Design Documents
- Experience aligning technology strategy with business goals in large, global organizations
- 2+ years supporting and managing Oracle EBS (R12 preferred, 11i acceptable)
- 2+ end-to-end implementations of Oracle SaaS Fusion Cloud or Oracle EBS R12
- Functional Depth (5–6 years) across Finance modules including: General Ledger · Accounts Payable · Accounts Receivable · Cash Management · Fixed Assets · Expenses · Tax Management · Financial Accounting Hub · Intercompany Accounting · Lease Accounting · Revenue Management · Subledger Accounting
Technical Proficiency:
- Custom reporting and dashboards via OTBI and BI Publisher
- REST API, JSON, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Apex, and Oracle Cloud extension frameworks
- Hands-On AI & Modern Oracle Tools (2+ years):
- Oracle Embedded AI & Oracle AI Agent Studio
- Redwood UI and Redwood application extensions
- Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
Nice to Have:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (Gen 3 preferred)
- Oracle Certified Professional designation
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow
- Oracle Digital Assistant implementation experience
- Oracle Guided Learning / Guided Journey
- Zuora RevPro experience
- Oracle Cloud Risk Management, SOD Analysis, and Access Control
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent

The pay range for this position is between $114,000 - $125,000 USD annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. A bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
