Senior Technical Consultant (Contract or Perm)

The Role As a Senior Technical Consultant at Antares, you will use your design and development skills to assist in the implementation of Application Development projects across multiple clients, and you will also have the opportunity to work on upcoming AI projects as well. This role will be a Permanent or Contract role , based either in Sydney or Melbourne. The right candidate will be someone who wants to learn and grow with us. You don’t need to be the most technically brilliant person in the room, but you do need to be self-driven, passionate and motivated by technology. With a new project every couple of months, this is an incredibly powerful learning environment. Technically, you will need to have experience developing .NET Apps on Microsoft Azure , as well as experience with React and/or Angular , and exposure to PowerApps . We also are eager with those that have an interest in working on AI Apps . Perhaps the most key element of this role is the ability to lead our customers through the solution process. The ideal candidate will want to truly understand the problem and be an active force in creating a solution. You will need strong consulting and pre-sale's ability to perform in the role but will also come with a strong technical expertise background. About you It is essential that you are Microsoft Aligned , with several years’ experience developing .Net Apps on Microsoft Azure and a passion for helping clients realise their full potential within the Microsoft Cloud space You will have an interest in building intelligent Apps, working on AI Apps , and leveraging AI and other modern technologies Several years’ experience with React and/or Angular Exposure to PowerApps – You don’t need years of experience under your belt, but you do need to be eager to immerse yourself in the platform and do it properly. This is an incredible chance for the right person to gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies Experience with all phases of an engagement – pre-sales, discovery, design and implementation Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential. You will be a confident speaker, with an engaging personality and ability to build rapport easily A huge desire to learn and grow. You will understand that technology is always shifting and you will be willing to shift with it rather than remaining comfortable Experience running workshops, presentations, and professional demonstrations for a range of different audiences is desirable Knowledge of any other Microsoft products will be highly valued .
