SENIOR CONSULTANT/TRAINER RESTORATION INDUSTRY (REMOTE / TRAVEL)

DocuSketch is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with in-depth knowledge of the North American restoration industry ready to develop and expand our enthusiastic customer base. You will help our clients identify tremendous potential for cost savings, revenue growth and process optimization with DocuSketch’s groundbreaking technology. We are seeking a performance-driven, high-energy personality who has several years of experience in the field. Your expertise will be essential for our growth and success.

The position will be remote in any location of choice in the US. Our headquarters are in Lakeland, Florida and Berlin, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Educate our professional client base in the most powerful use of DocuSketch technology as well as our estimating services and enable our customers to reap the full potential of our product & service offering.
  
• Conduct onsite trainings for our power users in various locations across the US.
  
• Conduct technical sales presentations (online and on-site) to potential new customers.
  
• Pro-actively develop sales and upsell opportunities in North America’s enormous restoration industry
  
• Oversee our on-boarding process for new customers.
  
• Develop and execute a best-in-class training, qualification and certification program for certified DocuSketch power users.
  
• Develop and manage a network of customer excellence professionals.
  
• Identify new industry trends and educate our customers about best-in-class practices.
  
• Represent DocuSketch at national and regional industry events
  

Requirements

Qualifications / profile

• Minimum of 5 years consulting experience inside the US restoration industry
  

• Deep understanding of the mitigation and rebuild estimating process, relevant software tools and insurance requirements
  
• Strong account planning and management skills
  
• Deep understanding of the key factors determining our client’s success
  
• Strong affinity for software and technical solutions
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  
• Self-motivated, reliable and strong team player
  

Travel: Up to 50%
