We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the development and evolution of key capabilities within our Risk & Compliance Platform. This platform is a foundational capability for the business, enabling internal teams to embed risk and compliance controls consistently, while also supporting the scaling of Risk & Compliance as a service to external products and partners. It provides reusable APIs, workflows, and configuration models that power risk decisions and controls across multiple product lines and markets. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining and delivering platform capabilities that are scalable, reusable, and consistent, working closely with engineering, risk, compliance, and product teams. What to expect: 1. Product Ownership & Roadmap Own the roadmap for a defined set of Risk Platform capabilities or domains Prioritise backlog based on: - Business impact - Regulatory requirements - Platform scalability and reuse Translate high-level strategy into clear deliverables and execution plans 2. Platform Capability Development Define and evolve platform capabilities, including: - Risk decisioning and controls - Data models, inputs, and outputs - Shared primitives and reusable services Ensure capabilities are generic, composable, and reusable across products 3. API & Platform Design Own the definition of platform APIs and integration models Ensure: - Consistent interfaces across use cases - Backward compatibility and versioning discipline - Clear and well-documented integration patterns 4. Cross-functional Delivery Partner with Engineering to deliver platform capabilities end-to-end Work closely with: - Product Integration Leads (RTP – Product) - Risk Technology Operations Leads (RTP – Ops) Ensure solutions are technically sound and operationally viable 5. Integration & Adoption Enablement Enable product teams to: - Integrate once and reuse platform capabilities - Avoid bespoke or fragmented implementations Ensure platform capabilities are: - Easy to adopt - Clearly documented - Aligned with real product use cases 6. Risk Behaviour & Consistency Ensure risk decisions and outputs are: - Consistent across products and geographies - Explainable and auditable Maintain integrity of platform behaviour and abstraction layers 7.
