“In 36 months, agentic AI systems will be an operating reality across major institutions. We intend to be central to it.” — Dr. Jim Rebesco, Cofounder and CEO, Striveworks The government’s demand for AI is growing far faster than the systems required to support it. Fewer than 15% of federal AI programs have reached sustained production, despite billions of dollars invested. The models perform in testing, but they degrade in the real world. And when performance drops, trust goes with it. Striveworks was built to solve that problem. What you’ll build Since 2018, we have delivered the most trusted AI systems operating in real-world use cases—providing a layer of assurance underneath hundreds of deployed models that monitors performance, manages drift, and sustains systems long after they leave the lab. As Product Marketing Manager, you will own the collateral that carries our products into every sales conversation, evaluation, and briefing across our AI operations (AIOps) platform, agentic AI orchestrator, and vertical solutions. You will work closely with our product managers, data scientists, and sales team to turn technical substance into collateral that is accurate, compelling, and appropriate for audiences ranging from technical evaluators to senior government decision-makers. Your day-to-day will include: Owning the collateral library: Maintain a complete, current, and organized library of sales and technical collateral across all products. Identify gaps and drive them to closure. Turning technical input into finished collateral: Work with the PM for each product area to gather technical facts and rough outlines. Independently produce refined presentations and accompanying graphics/diagrams, proactively asking the right questions to fill gaps rather than waiting to be fully briefed. Keeping messaging aligned: Partner closely with the Communications department to ensure that product messaging and collateral align with Striveworks’ broader narratives, voice, and audience dynamics. Support Communications as needed by adapting and developing product content and collateral for different audiences and uses. Supporting event and conference operations: Assist in orchestrating our presence at industry and government conferences, including attendance planning, registration, and booth setup/breakdown, ensuring collateral and messaging are current and conference-ready. Growing into technical content: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and technical teams to produce broader technical content, starting with blog posts. Staying ahead of the curve: Track customer feedback, market trends, competitive capabilities, and emerging technologies to keep collateral and messaging current. What it’s like here We lead with trust, treat each other with respect, and use candor consistently, kindly, and constructively. We care deeply about our work, and we find genuine satisfaction in doing it well. Above all, we take ownership—because we feel the weight of collective results personally. We are looking for people who share these values and are eager to put them into practice. What we’re looking for A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in a technical, communications, or related field 6+ years of product marketing, sales enablement, or technical marketing experience, preferably for enterprise, government, or technical B2B products The ability to understand AI/machine learning, AIOps, and agentic/orchestration concepts well enough to ask sharp questions of product managers and data scientists and represent our products credibly A strong portfolio of written and visual collateral: decks, one-pagers, briefs, or similar assets A proven ability to turn rough, incomplete technical input into polished, decision-ready output with minimal back-and-forth Experience partnering closely with product and technical teams to source accurate content The ability to communicate technical concepts and value propositions to both technical and non-technical senior audiences Strong organizational skills—able to own and maintain a growing collateral library without things going stale A self-starter mindset: comfortable identifying gaps and driving them to closure without heavy direction Due to the nature of this role, candidates must be a US person (a US citizen, a US national, or a Green Card holder) The following isn’t required, but we’d love to see it: Experience marketing to public-sector, defense, or other mission-driven government buyers Prior experience as a product manager, data scientist, ML engineer, or solutions architect Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) to build polished graphics and diagrams Experience producing technical content such as blog posts, case studies, or tutorials This position offers a fully remote work environment, or you can work hybrid/on site at our office in Austin, TX. You will be expected to travel up to 20% of the time. Compensation The anticipated base pay range for this position is $145,000–$195,000/year. Striveworks’ total compensation package includes a competitive base salary, equity grants, and cash bonuses. Benefits include: Medical/dental/vision insurance Voluntary life, long-term disability, accident, and hospital indemnity insurance HSA and FSA (including dependent care FSA) plans 401(k) plan Unlimited PTO Paid parental leave Ready to build systems that work for a mission that matters?
