Recruitment isn't an easy job and, if we're honest, it can really suck sometimes. 😂

You spend all day:

• Reviewing CV's that probably won't ever make you any money.
• Being rejected by people who don't want to work with you.
• Scrolling through LI seeing the same old garbage posted to your TL.

But despite all of this being true, a career in recruitment can also be pretty damn rewarding.

So with all of this in mind, we're looking for another Senior Technical Recruiter to join our small team of 6 to help us build one of the very best recruitment companies here in the MENA region. 🇦🇪

👋🏼 Who we are:

Founded in 2024, we're one of the newest tech recruitment companies in the region that specialise in hiring for tech companies that you probably haven't ever heard of... Yet.

We partner with VC's to build out their portfolio companies from a talent perspective which means most of our work comes with business at Seed, Series A and Series B investment stages.

After being in recruitment for 10 years across 2 regions, we launched Nameless not to do things differently to our competition, but to do things better.

💻 Who we're looking for:

We're looking for recruiters with at least 2 years' worth of recruitment experience in the Technology sector (ideally across Software Engineering, Data or Product Design). Bonus points if you've already recruiter here in the Middle East.

More importantly, though, we're looking for people that don't just recruit in this space because they have to but because they genuinely enjoy their market.

Business Development experience isn't critical and we instead prioritise people who are genuinely hungry to learn and have a real desire to work hard and earn huge cash along the way.

💰 What we're offering:

• 12.5k-20k AED P/M salary.
• 25% flat commission on everything that you bill. No thresholds or caps.
• 5% quarterly bonus if you're exceeding target.
• A monthly parking allowance.
• 3 global team incentives alongside monthly team celebrations.
• Full VISA sponsorship alongside premium private health insurance.
• A hybrid working setup (2 times per week from our JLT office).
• Full remote working for the summer period (July and August) so you can escape the DXB heat.
