Guest Relations Officer

Role Description As the Owner at FutureBridge, you will provide strategic leadership, define the company vision, and oversee the overall direction of consulting and advisory services in a full-time remote capacity. You will guide business development, cultivate client relationships, and ensure delivery excellence across all engagements and platforms. Day-to-day activities include setting organizational priorities, monitoring financial performance, making key investment and partnership decisions, and supporting the development of new service offerings and programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards, grow global networks, and strengthen FutureBridge’s position as a trusted advisor on the future of industries. The role also involves mentoring leaders, fostering an inclusive culture, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and ethical practices.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership, business management, and organizational development skills to guide long-term company growth and direction.
• Experience in consulting, advisory, or techno-commercial roles, with strong ability to interpret industry trends and future technology landscapes.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management for a consulting or services business.
• Business development and client relationship skills, including negotiation, stakeholder management, and partnership building.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to make data-informed decisions and address complex client challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven experience leading remote or distributed teams, with effective people management and coaching skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is beneficial.
• Experience working in or with technology-driven industries and global ecosystems is a strong advantage.
