As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own full-cycle recruiting for our growing portfolio of technical and IT roles, from software engineers and solution architects to AI specialists and platform engineers. You will bring deep technical sourcing expertise, a sharp eye for talent, and the credibility to engage meaningfully with both candidates and IT leadership. This is not a generalist role, we need someone who can speak the language of technology, assess technical candidates with confidence, and navigate the increasingly complex landscape of IT hiring including the rise of fraudulent and AI-generated applicants.

What You'll Do

Technical Sourcing & Recruiting

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for complex, specialized IT and technical roles including engineering, architecture, data, AI, and platform disciplines
  • Develop and execute comprehensive, proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other technical sourcing channels
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical candidates ahead of open requisitions, anticipating needs before they become vacancies
  • Conduct in-depth technical screening conversations to assess candidate qualifications, skills proficiency, and role fit at a level that goes beyond a resume review
  • Leverage LinkedIn Talent Insights and market data to educate hiring managers and IT leadership on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing strategy

Hiring Manager & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to IT leadership and hiring managers, partnering closely to understand the technical requirements, team dynamics, and business context behind every search
  • Lead thorough intake conversations using discovery tools to ensure alignment on role requirements, success profiles, and candidate evaluation criteria before sourcing begins
  • Act as an advocate for both hiring managers and candidates throughout the process, providing timely communication, managing expectations, and ensuring a best-in-class experience on both sides
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Finance to understand workforce planning needs and anticipate future technical hiring demand

Fraud Detection & Candidate Verification

  • Apply a rigorous approach to identifying and managing fraudulent and AI-generated candidates
  • Conduct live video screens with identity verification protocols to confirm candidate authenticity before advancing in the process
  • Leverage tools such as Claude and other AI-assisted platforms to review resumes and flag inconsistencies that may indicate fraudulent activity
  • Stay current on emerging fraud patterns and evolving best practices in technical candidate verification, sharing knowledge with the broader recruiting team

Team Contribution & Best Practices

  • Coach recruiting team members on technical sourcing strategies, IT market knowledge, and candidate assessment best practices
  • Contribute to the team's innovation around talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis for technical talent
  • Embrace a growth mindset, staying current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and shifts in the technical talent market

This Might Describe You

  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or technical field, or equivalent experience
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience focusing on technical and IT roles
  • Demonstrated ability to source, screen, and close candidates for specialized technical positions
  • Deep familiarity with technical sourcing tools and platforms
  • Credible conversationalist in technical domains. You do not need to write code, but you need to understand what you are recruiting for
  • Experience identifying and managing fraudulent candidate activity, particularly AI-generated resumes and deepfake interview techniques
  • Strong analytical and independent decision-making skills with experience using data and market insights to influence hiring strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust with technical leaders and candidates alike
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience partnering with and influencing senior and executive-level stakeholders
  • High degree of self-confidence, accountability and a growth mindset
  • Workday experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mainstream recruiting technology platforms including GitHub, Stack Overflow and LinkedIn Recruiter
