Senior Technology Project Manager

Are you a tech-savvy project leader with deep, hands-on experience configuring VMS tools? We are seeking a Senior Technology Project Manager to join our dedicated global technology squad.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead technology workstreams and manage end-to-end client implementations across MSP and RPO programs, with a primary focus on SAP Fieldglass configuration. Rather than simply managing timelines or taking orders, you will act as a trusted advisor—bringing a consultative mindset to guide clients and internal teams on best-practice technology setups.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Technology Implementations: Own and manage end-to-end technology workstreams for complex enterprise client implementations across the APAC region and globally.
• Hands-on Configuration: Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP Fieldglass, configuring system settings, workflows, and structures tailored to client requirements.
• Consultative Guidance: Partner closely with clients and operational leads; challenge assumptions, provide best-practice recommendations, and design efficient technology solutions.
• Squad Collaboration: Work within an agile squad structure alongside Data Analysts and Associates to deliver seamless ongoing platform support and rollout projects.
• Stakeholder Management: Confidently articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, operational teams, and senior executives.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Ideally 5 years of overall experience in technology project delivery, including 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass configuration.
• VMS & Enterprise Tech: Deep knowledge of VMS architectures (SAP Fieldglass configuration expertise required; exposure to Beeline, SmartRecruiters, or other VMS/ATS platforms is a bonus).
• Consultative Mindset: Strong problem-solving ability with a track record of advising clients on best practices rather than standard order-taking.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to lead client-facing sessions and clearly explain technical workflows.
