🔎 What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a Senior Temenos T24 Developer with strong hands-on experience in Temenos Transact (T24) to join a core banking development team.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of T24 development and customization, contributing to the design and delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions within an Agile and DevOps environment.

📍 Location: Spain

🔗 Language: Advanced English is a must.

🛂 Visa Status: Preference will be given to candidates already based in Spain. We can also consider candidates currently based in India who are open to relocation to Spain. Candidates relocating to Spain can work 100% remotely, while based in India, candidates will be required to work 3 days per week from a UST office.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver high-quality Temenos T24/Transact solutions.
• Guide technical design and development while remaining fully hands-on.
• Develop high-quality code, including Unit Tests and technical documentation.
• Work across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements to implementation and support.
• Support a continuous delivery and shift-left testing approach, enabling frequent and reliable releases.
• Perform peer reviews and provide feedback on code and technical documentation.
• Mentor other team members and contribute to improving development practices.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders within an Agile environment.

✅ Key Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Temenos Transact / T24.
• L3 code development skills are mandatory.
• Strong InfoBasic development skills.
• Experience with TAFJ and componentized code development.
• Deep knowledge of T24 customization and OFS processing.
• Excellent knowledge of T24 programming, including Templates, Version APIs, Enquiry APIs and Core API Hooks.
• Strong understanding of the T24 data model and Oracle storage.
• Experience developing T24 multi-thread routines.
• Strong knowledge of Securities Trading, Securities Setup & Administration and Corporate Actions modules.
• Knowledge of SWIFT, delivery advice and Transact delivery workflows.
• Good understanding of system integration patterns.
• Basic knowledge of Linux.
• Experience with Agile delivery, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of software testing and testability.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

📋 Desired Skills

• Temenos Integration Framework.
• IRIS.
• JBoss configuration.
• Channel interface configuration, including BROWSER, IB, DFE and Data Warehouse.
• Core Java.
• Oracle Database.
• Additional programming experience with C, Python or SQL Server.
