Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior System Analyst to support the Financial Regulatory Reporting (FRR) domain, focusing on the Global Data Warehouse (GDW) and Data Marts. The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing business and system requirements, designing data solutions, supporting regulatory reporting initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data platforms. This role requires extensive experience with enterprise data warehousing technologies, ETL tools, big data platforms, and regulatory reporting environments within the banking or financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
·Analyse, document, and validate business and system requirements for Financial Regulatory Reporting (FRR) initiatives.
· Support the design, enhancement, and maintenance of the Global Data Warehouse (GDW) and Data Marts.
·Work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, developers, and project teams to deliver scalable and reliable data solutions.
·Perform data analysis, data mapping, impact assessments, and gap analysis for regulatory reporting requirements.
·Coordinate system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production implementation activities.
·Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across enterprise data platforms.
·Support issue investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution of production incidents.
· Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, and data flow documentation.
· Collaborate with development teams to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, governance, and regulatory standards.
· Participate in release planning, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
·More than 9 years of experience as a System Analyst in enterprise data warehouse or regulatory reporting environments.
·Strong experience supporting Global Data Warehouse (GDW) and Data Marts.
·Hands-on experience with:

·Strong SQL, data analysis, and data modelling skills.
·Experience working within banking, financial services, or regulatory reporting environments.
·Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
·Experience with financial regulatory reporting frameworks and banking compliance requirements.
·Knowledge of enterprise data governance, metadata management, and data lineage.
·Experience with Agile, Scrum, or DevOps delivery methodologies.
·Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and modern data engineering practices.
· Experience in performance tuning, ETL optimization, and large-scale data migration projects.
