Required Technical Profile & Capabilities

-Proven track record in developing build tooling solutions, maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, and optimising SDLC processes
-Practical, evidence-based adoption of AI-assisted development tooling and workflows (grounded in production experience or systematic experimentation over hype)
-Hands-on familiarity with modern build systems, SDLC engineering, IDE ecosystems, and developer productivity tooling
-Strong engineering proficiency in at least one ecosystem: JVM (Java, Scala, or Kotlin), Rust, Go, TypeScript, or C++
-Effective technical communication paired with a pragmatic problem-solving methodology
-Independent technical blocker resolution and proactive cross-team architectural alignment
-Self-directed delivery of project milestones and high-quality technical outcomes
-Background in public speaking, technical writing, or developer community engagement, alongside advisory and knowledge-sharing capabilities (significant asset)
-English language proficiency at a minimum [B2/C1] level, ensuring seamless technical communication
