We’re looking for a Senior Transformation Manager to join our team in Bradford (BD4 8PW) on a permanent basis. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of two days in the office and three days working remotely each week.
Are you passionate about leading meaningful change and delivering transformation that creates real business impact? At Blume, we're looking for a Senior Transformation Manager to drive strategic initiatives that enhance the way we operate, improve customer outcomes, and support our ambitious growth plans.
Working across a diverse range of business functions, including Legal, Audit, Risk & Compliance (ARC), Technology, and Operations, you'll partner with stakeholders at all levels to shape and deliver transformation programmes from concept through to implementation and adoption. Whether you're streamlining processes, embedding new technologies, leveraging automation and AI, or leading large-scale business change, you'll play a key role in turning strategy into measurable results.
This is a highly visible position where you'll bring together cross-functional teams, align stakeholders around a shared vision, and ensure programmes deliver lasting value. You'll be trusted to navigate complexity, manage risks and dependencies, challenge the status quo, and influence decision-making across the business.
If you're an experienced transformation leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and has a proven track record of delivering successful change across operational and technology landscapes, we'd love to hear from you.
What will you be doing?
- Lead complex transformation programmes, bringing together cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment, overcome challenges, and ensure successful delivery of strategic business outcomes.
- Adapt your approach to support a broad range of transformation, business change, and project initiatives across functions such as Legal, Audit, Risk & Compliance (ARC), Operations, and Technology.
- Own the delivery of programme and project backlogs, applying appropriate delivery methodologies and best practices to manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, technology teams, and third-party suppliers to identify, shape, and implement solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, department heads, and operational teams to remove barriers, manage risk, and ensure programmes remain aligned to strategic objectives.
- Create and maintain key programme documentation, including business cases, project plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, governance materials, action trackers, and status reports.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and delivery of actions, milestones, and outcomes.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project and transformation team members, helping to develop capability and drive high performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, ways of working, and delivery effectiveness, making recommendations that enhance organisational performance and support long-term transformation goals.
We tend to look for people with:
Essential:
- Proven experience leading complex transformation, business change, programmes, or projects from inception through to delivery.
- Experience delivering transformation programmes within Legal, Audit, Risk & Compliance (ARC), Operations, Field Services, or similar environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders, operational teams, and technical specialists.
- Exposure to digital transformation, automation, AI, and technology-enabled change initiatives.
- Experience working across multiple business functions and bringing teams together to deliver successful outcomes.
- Strong programme and project management expertise, with knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and self-motivated, with a track record of driving change and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Jira, Monday.com, or similar.
Desirable:
- Experience working in complex, multi-site, or high-growth organisations.
- Relevant Project, programme, or change management qualifications (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, PMP, Prosci, or equivalent).
- Experience working with third-party suppliers and external delivery partners.
- Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and driving measurable business outcomes.
What’s in it for you?
- Competitive salary + Bonus
- 25 days annual leave + buy up to 5 days
- Access to wellbeing and mental health benefits such as the Calm app, personal medical, critical illness cover and dental insurance, plus many more.
- Matched pension contribution up to 10%
