Role Description The Senior Travel Consultant is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing and managing complex travel itineraries for individual and group travelers. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their needs, proposing tailored travel solutions, and coordinating all aspects of travel arrangements, such as flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and activities. The role involves managing reservations, monitoring itinerary changes, and resolving any travel-related issues promptly and professionally. The Senior Travel Consultant collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure service quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company standards and local regulations. This position also contributes to improving destination offerings, refining internal processes, and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, including designing and overseeing multi-destination itineraries.
• Strong skills in organizing Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations across airlines, hotels, ground services, and tours.
• Proven Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Experience working with travel booking systems, GDS platforms, and online reservation tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages, especially Arabic, are an advantage.
• High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabia and regional destinations, including key attractions, regulations, and cultural considerations, is highly beneficial.
• Previous experience in a senior or lead travel consultant role and a background in tourism, hospitality, or related fields preferred.
