We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead and support the delivery of Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation projects and guide clients throughout the implementation journey, from initial needs assessment and system configuration to deployment and ongoing support.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Treasury Management Systems such as FIS, Kyriba, or other TMS solutions. However, we also welcome candidates with a strong technical background and experience in IT system implementation projects, as these skills can be highly valuable and transferable to TMS implementations.

- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their treasury operations, assess their needs, and align the TMS solution with their business objectives.
- System Configuration: Cooperate together with Client and Vendor on the configuration of the chosen Treasury Management System to meet client specifications and optimize its functionalities to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in clients’ treasury operations and provide actionable recommendations.
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure clients’ teams can effectively use the TMS.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, Client and Vendors.
- Documentation: Prepare project documentation, including requirements, process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Industry Best Practices: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in treasury management and incorporate these insights into client solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with a technical background and relevant experience in implementation projects are also welcome.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in treasury, finance, TMS implementation, IT system implementation, or a related field. Experience with TMS solutions such as FIS or Kyriba is a strong advantage; candidates with experience in similar system implementation projects are also encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in English is required. Candidates with German language skills are also encouraged to apply; however, we also welcome strong candidates who do not speak German.
- Strong understanding of treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, risk management, and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and strategically.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building successful client relationships.
- Proactive approach to using AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Power BI, etc.) and digital technologies to improve efficiency, support informed decision-making, solve complex problems, and embrace continuous learning in a rapidly evolving workplace.
