About the role:
With the ever-growing number of clients and suppliers around the world we need a smart specialist who will be able to work together with the rest of the team to ensure financial stability in the company. We are looking for a Senior Treasury Operation Specialist to join our team in Cracow office.
What you’ll do:
- Verify the accuracy of internal financial postings and report any discrepancies.
- Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances, ensuring a high level of matching across Group entities.
- Perform daily activities in intercompany and financial management systems, including AARO and CoProcessNetting.
- Manage and resolve queries related to intercompany processes and transactions.
- Prepare reconciliations, supporting documentation, and reports for financial audit purposes.
- Collaborate closely with internal finance teams, including Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Record-to-Report (RTR).
- Support treasury operations, including manual payment processing, In-House Banking (IHB) activities, TEF processing, Cashforce administration, and forecasting.
Your qualifications:
- A university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Solid professional experience in finance and/or accounting
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
- A detail-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- The ability to manage tasks independently while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to support colleagues and contribute to team success
- Familiarity with SAP, which would be an asset
- Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word

This is a full‑time position, based in Kraków, Poland. We work in a hybrid model (5 days of remote work per month).
