About the Role
Join the taxation and wealth planning practice of a national law firm in Atlanta. This client-facing role offers the opportunity to advise high-net-worth individuals and families, work closely with an experienced partner, and build lasting client relationships.
What You'll Do
Advise individuals and families on complex estate planning and wealth transfer strategies.
Draft and review wills, trusts, irrevocable trusts, charitable giving plans, and related documents.
Counsel trustees and executors on fiduciary duties and trust and estate administration.
Work directly with clients and contribute to the growth of the practice.
What We're Looking For
Five to seven years of trusts and estates experience, including advising high-net-worth clients.
Strong knowledge of gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax rules.
Experience drafting sophisticated estate planning documents and advising fiduciaries.
Juris Doctor degree, a law school GPA of at least 3.0, and admission to the Georgia bar or eligibility to obtain it.
An entrepreneurial approach, comfort with direct client contact, and interest in working in a collaborative, in-office team environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $235,000 to $300,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Hybrid work arrangement in Atlanta, Georgia.
