SENIOR UI/UX DESIGNER

Role Description The Senior UI/UX Designer is a full-time remote role focused on designing intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences for ExecThread’s digital products. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user-centered design activities such as user research, journey mapping, and wireframing to inform product decisions. The designer will create high-fidelity mockups, visual design assets, and interactive prototypes that align with brand guidelines and product requirements. Collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders is expected to refine requirements, iterate on concepts, and ensure seamless implementation of user interfaces. The role also involves validating designs through usability testing, analyzing feedback and metrics, and continuously optimizing the product experience for a growing executive user base.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong User Experience (UX) skills, including user research, interaction design, information architecture, and usability testing.
• Candidates should possess User Interface Design and Visual Design skills, with the ability to create polished layouts, design systems, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Candidates should possess Mockups and prototyping skills, using modern design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) to communicate concepts effectively.
• Candidates should possess Front-End Development familiarity (e.g., HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to collaborate efficiently with engineering teams and understand implementation constraints.
• Extensive experience in designing responsive, cross-platform web applications, ideally for marketplaces, SaaS, or professional networking products.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about product experience while executing detailed UI specifications and design documentation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions using data and best practices.
• Several years of professional experience in UI/UX design, including senior-level responsibility and a portfolio showcasing complex product work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
