Your Role as a Zenika Consultant – Senior UI/UX Designer You will partner with enterprises to design digital products and services that make a meaningful impact. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to: Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final visual design Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to uncover insights and validate design decisions Translate business and technical requirements into clear, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces Design service journeys, information architectures, and interaction flows that put the user first Champion design thinking and human-centered design within multi-disciplinary teams Ensure consistency by applying and evolving design systems and style guides What You Bring At least 5 years of UI/UX design experience Strong portfolio demonstrating design process, systems thinking, and user-centered solutions Advanced proficiency in Axure and familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or similar Proven experience in user research, accessibility, and responsive design Excellent communication and storytelling skills Bonus: Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, 2D/3D Visualisation, Agile methods, and facilitation of workshops We regret to inform that due to the nature of the project, only Singaporeans and permanent residents will be considered for the role.
