The Team You’ll Join

You’ll be part of our Product and Design team, crafting the web and mobile experiences our traders around the world use every day. You’ll take features from the first brief right through to launch, designing the flows, prototypes and polished UI that make trading feel simple. You’ll also help shape our design system, building the components and patterns that keep everything looking and feeling like one product, and have a real say in how our growing design team works together. Our Product Design Lead works right beside you in Singapore, so feedback, mentoring and a friendly sounding board are always close at hand. You’ll collaborate with our Head of Design in Melbourne, our Global Product team and a supportive crew of fellow designers, and as the team grows, so can you, with plenty of room to build your skills, take on bigger projects and grow your career with us.

What You Will Own

• End-To-End Feature Design: Take features from brief to launch, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI in Figma for both web and mobile.
• Thoughtful, Complete Experiences: Design for every moment of the user journey, including empty, loading and error states, so every interaction feels considered.
• Shape Our Design System: Build and grow the components, patterns and documentation that keep our products consistent and help the whole team design faster.
• Collaborate From Idea To Launch: Join planning with Product and Engineering early to explore ideas together, then share clear specs and partner with developers through build so what goes live matches the vision.

What Makes You Great In This Role

• Real Product Experience: You’ve designed and launched digital products and love seeing how your work performs with users.
• A Strong Eye For UI: You have a great feel for typography, layout, hierarchy and spacing, and know that clean, thoughtful design makes all the difference.
• Confident In Figma: You’re skilled at building and maintaining components and variants, and enjoy working within a design system and helping it evolve.
• Web And Mobile: You’ve designed for both web and mobile apps and know how to create a seamless experience across them.
• Exposure To: Data-rich dashboards, usability testing, motion design, basic HTML/CSS, analytics tools like Google Analytics.
