Role Description

• Lead the design of user-centric experiences across web and mobile fintech products.
• Deliver high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems.
• Combine graphic design skills (illustrations, logos, icons, and branding assets) with interface design.
• Own projects from concept to production, ensuring a seamless transition to engineering.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, and engineers.
• Maintain a consistent design language and brand identity across all products.
• Clearly communicate design rationale and decisions to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and graphic design skills.
• Proficiency with Figma (auto-layouts, components, libraries, responsive design).
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects is a plus).
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
• Deep knowledge of mobile and web platform standards (Material Design, Apple HIG).
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, usability, and accessibility.
• Proven ability to design for complex systems (finance, SaaS, or enterprise software).
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong experience designing fintech, payments, or compliance-heavy systems.

Highly preferable

• Fluent English for design documentation and stakeholder discussions.
• Animation/motion design skills.
• Familiarity with frontend basics for smoother developer handoff.
