The Position

TikFinity's dashboard and mobile app are used by more than a million active creators. The product works. The design has room, and we know it. That honesty is the starting point of this role: you join to bring an existing product to the level its user numbers deserve.

Our CPO comes from UI/UX himself and holds a high bar. He briefs new features in detail and has clear ideas of how they should look. What he needs is a senior counterpart who takes that briefing and designs the feature through: every view, every state, every connection to the rest of the product. That last part is the real test. TikFinity is a grown product where settings, widgets, and flows depend on each other, and you need to hold that map in your head while you design screen 14 of 30.

You'll work in a design team of two, hand finished designs to the Product Owner and the dev team, and see your work live in front of creators shortly after.

Duties

• Design new features for TikFinity's web dashboard, mobile app, and agency portal, from the CPO's briefing to a developer-ready handoff

• Work out every view and state a feature needs, including the ones nobody briefed

• Rework existing screens where usability or visual quality falls short

• Build and maintain the Figma component library that keeps web and mobile consistent

• Hand off to the Product Owner and developers so they can build without guesswork

• Think about the product on your own initiative and challenge a briefing when the user experience demands it

Division

Requirements

• Several years of professional UI/UX design experience on SaaS applications. This is a hard requirement

• Strong in both disciplines: UX thinking (flows, states, information architecture) and UI craft (visual quality down to the pixel)

• Experience designing web applications, ideally mobile apps as well

• You can hold a complex product in your head: when you design one screen, you know which five others it touches

• Advanced Figma skills, including component libraries and prototyping

• An independent working style: you think about the product without being asked to

• Fluent English, written and spoken

• Based in Germany or Austria, or within two hours of that time zone

Great to have

• Familiarity with TikTok LIVE, streaming, or the creator space

• Motion and micro-interaction design experience

• German language skills (part of the team works in German)

Compensation

Gross salary for this role ranges from €60,000 to €70,000 per year (full-time). For roles based in Austria, this is an all-in contract. Depending on country and type of employment, we are open to negotiate.
