Position Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative part-time UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team with the opportunity to switch to a full-time role in the future. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in defining the user experience and visual identity of our products. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our AI agent driven Kubernetes management platform. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into impactful designs. Design and prototype user interfaces for web applications, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and product goals. Conduct UX research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions. Come up with concepts while also creating wireframes, user flows, mockups and high-fidelity designs. Optimize designs for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance wherever possible. Stay up to date with UI/UX design trends and best practices, especially utilizing AI while applying them to improve the product. Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of the designs. Preferred Skills & Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or related. Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects, including user research and an understanding of design processes. Proficiency in using Figma and managing design systems. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices. Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) to communicate effectively with developers. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in English as we are a remote international team. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. Experience using AI apps/tools to create or communicate ideas, wireframes, designs and prototypes with apps like Figma Make, Uizard, Lovable, Replit, Bolt, Cursor or similar. Bonus Skills: Experience designing SaaS platforms or enterprise applications is a plus. Experience with designing visuals like graphs, tools or dashboards for developers and technical users.
