You’ll work hand-in-hand with our designers, artists, and analysts to bring our games to life and deliver content enjoyed by millions. 💻 Key responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain gameplay mechanics and systems using Unity and C#. Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to bring new features from concept to final polish. Optimize performance to ensure smooth gameplay across a wide range of devices. Debug, profile, and refactor code to maintain stability and scalability. Contribute to architectural decisions and continuously improve workflows and processes. 🎯Skills you’ll need to succeed 3+ years of proven experience working with Unity3D. Proficiency in C# and gameplay programming. Solid knowledge of game architecture and software design patterns. Experience in shipping published mobile titles. Familiarity with agile methodologies like SCRUM. A passion for video games and a player-first mindset. Native or fluent in Spanish. Advanced English skills are a huge plus. 🛠️Nice-to-have skills Experience developing Idle or Tycoon mobile games. Knowledge of network programming or cloud services (AWS, containers, etc.). Experience with analytics-driven development and A/B testing in live games. Ability to optimize performance: memory usage, frame rate stability, and load times. Familiarity with additional programming languages such as Python or PHP.
